Business Development Manager (Urology/Endoscopy)

Adecco Indonesia is collaborating with a leading global medical device company to find a Business Development Manager for their Urology and Endoscopy division in Indonesia. This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands how to grow business through strong dealer relationships and deep engagement with key healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus in urology or endo-urology
• Product Specialist, Product Managers, Business Development Experience in endo-urology are preferred
• Background from top MNC medical device companies (principal experience)
• Proven track record in dealer and distributor management
