Job Description

The primary responsibility is to identify best opportunities for UGG Brand to leverage great real estate to grow the Direct To Consumer business. Ensure timely and cost-effective investments not only in new sites, but also in the strategic planning and management of mid to long-term renewal projects, supporting the brand in consolidating market position and elevating the productivity of existing locations. Has a strong working knowledge of developing rental venues. Also can assist DTC channels to find B to B opportunities (corporate purchase) to support business growth.

60% Projects Management: The primary responsibility of the role is to manage all aspects of new site findings and renewal/upgrade of existing projects, including, but not exclusive of

1. Site Development Strategy: provide input to and participant in the design of Deckers site development strategy within China and provide real estate’s strategy for DTC retail.
