Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager at Pomerleau Construction, you are a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence within the construction sector. Working in the senior leadership team, you will develop key account strategies that support the achievement of the business plan. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in delivering innovative and sustainable construction solutions. You will work closely with Operations and Regional Leadership to propel Pomerleau forward.
