Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for accelerating the growth of Hiessēnce through strategic retail expansion, premium mall acquisition, B2B partnerships, and commercial sales development. This role will identify and secure new retail locations, build relationships with landlords and business partners, drive B2B sales opportunities, and ensure successful execution of retail operations and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Expansion & Site Acquisition
- Identify and secure premium retail locations, kiosks, and stores in strategic malls and commercial areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mall leasing teams, property developers, landlords, and commercial partners.
- Evaluate new locations based on foot traffic, demographics, profitability, and brand positioning.
- Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and expansion opportunities.
