Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, client acquisition, and market expansion for the Singapore ALTEN Business Unit of ALTEN Group.

This role focuses on developing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the Country Head in achieving revenue and market penetration targets across priority sectors, including Healthcare, Logistics, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation.

1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition

• Support the Country Head in executing ALTEN’s go-to-market strategy in Singapore, focusing on priority sectors.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through:
