Business Development Manager

• To grow business with existing clients
• To provide outstanding customer service to a broad range of clients in a timely manner
• Highly proactive in developing and promoting the Curveseries' products to existing and new clients in the APAC region.
• Maintain sales pipelines and customer accounts
• Handle sales inquiries and provide after sales support
• Tackle our clients’ issues by coordinating with internal team to ensure on‑time product and delivery timeline
• Meet with our clients face‑to‑face or online and engage them to understand their needs on data during sales visits
• Work with internal team to meet customer’s request as much as possible
• Assist clients to installing and issues with the Curveseries/ShareExcel software
• Set‑up, demo and train our clients on the various Curveseries products and platforms
• Able to travel regionally occasionally
