Business Development Manager – Security

About the role

Paul‑Tec Security Asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Asia, based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Paul‑Tec's electronic, CCTV, AI and integrated security solutions across government, critical infrastructure, commercial, and enterprise sectors.

What you'll be doing

Business Development & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with Paul‑Tec's growth objectives across Asia
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new security solution opportunities
• Drive the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and solution positioning through to contract negotiation and closure
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering forecast accuracy and revenue targets
