Overview
The RPO & Digital Business Development Manager drives new client acquisition and revenue growth across two key portfolios: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions and digital talent products/services. This role combines consultative selling, strong talent domain expertise, and the ability to articulate digital value propositions to enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Business Development – RPO
- Build and execute a growth strategy for RPO services across target industries and geographies.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, and events.
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand hiring challenges, workforce scaling needs, and operational gaps.
- Develop tailored RPO proposals, pricing models, and solution presentations.
