Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by selling Ingersoll Rand’s full suite of solutions, including capital equipment such as diesel generators, chillers, CDU and digital/energy solutions. This role focuses on developing long‑term customer partnerships, expanding installed‑base value, and maximizing lifecycle revenue through consultative selling and value‑based solutions.
