  About the role 
 We are seeking a permanent Business Development Manager (BDM) who will hold full accountability for Network Partner (franchisee) engagement, communication & in-store execution across a specified region in WA. This position is the key business partner between TWC Network Partners and our Support Centre, driving the effective implementation of merchandise & customer strategies, health initiatives that bring to life our customer offer whilst driving compliance in-store. The successful candidate will also support network growth and retention in their defined region.
 Reporting directly to the State Manager – Operations, you will:
 Inspire, motivate and engage pharmacy teams to help build Australia’s Favorite Pharmacy brand
 Build high trust professional relationships with Network Partners and key internal departments - including Merchandise, Marketing, Finance & Partner Support
