Location: Midlands (Field Based)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic + OTE circa 25% + uncapped commission + additional bonuses

We are currently partnering with a well-established, family owned business operating within the security and access control sector. Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are now looking to appoint a driven Business Development Manager to support the next phase of their commercial development.

This is a pure new business focused role, designed for someone who thrives on hunting for opportunities, opening doors and building long term customer relationships from the ground up.

There is no requirement for previous industry experience as full training will be provided. The business is looking for strong commercial sales ability, energy, and a proven track record of winning new business in a field based environment.
