Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Scope of work: 

- The candidate will also be involved in (a) working closely with provincial authorities to develop our existing pipeline (met masts, feasibility reports, land acquisition, permits etc.) (b) originating new projects in new provinces either through greenfield or acquisition (person will be involved on technical side working with consultants)

Job Requirement:

1. Ideally 7 10 years of experience
2. Preferable with experience in the power sector either in a development and /or engineering / commercial role
a. Prior experience working with local authorities is preferred
b. Prior experience working on power generation projects (wind / solar) is an advantage (as a civil or electrical engineer)
c. Prior experience interacting with and managing technical consultants (Pre-feasibility, transportation studies, geotechnical studies, environmental studies, grid studies, feasibility reports, wind/sol...
