Salary: up to $5500 depending on experience + Commission, basic salary negotiable with good experience

• Improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth
• Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration
• Identify target customers, initiate sales calls, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients
• Work with Finance and Indoor Sales team on payment issues and follow up on payment with clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business
• Maintain general profit in line with set KPIs
• Prepare sales planning and forecasting activities
• Sourcing of rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents
