Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio. 
Manage / monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter handover the file management to Portfolio Manager at CBBC 
Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending 
Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services 
Grow SME deposits. 
Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC. 
Ensure compliance of conditions precedent. 
Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable 
threshold
