Lead dealer network development, dealer performance management, sales training, showroom shopfitting and cross-functional dealer operations for BAIC South Africa.

Develop and implement dealership development strategies and expansion plans. Establish and continuously optimize dealership qualification and exit standards to maintain network quality and support sustainable network development.
