Business Development Manager

- Consolidate product requirements and create product roadmap in consultation with product engineer team
- Present product roadmap at annual Strategic Planning Review to obtain EC consent
- Lead project teams to realize the roadmap
- Review with customers regularly to ensure things work out right
- Get customer specific application requirements through KAM or PLM for quotation
- As a monitor/auditor to prepare BOM through BU engineers and SCS, monitor BOM ratio and operating profit with right pricing tool
- Review with KAM on price setting, terms, toolings, etc
- Negotiate with customers using KAMs to ensure acceptable BOM ratio and OP
- Monitor and make consistent pricing decisions around the world
- Find links and set up network and build up relationships and strong tie
