Business Development Manager

Twinhub is looking for someone who can actively support our expansion across Rawalpindi & Islamabad. We want a gem who understands the local real estate market inside out, has strong industry connections, and can help us identify, evaluate, and secure the right buildings for new coworking hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Scout, shortlist, and evaluate potential buildings suitable for premium coworking spaces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property agents and developers.
Conduct market research to compare rental values, demand, and area dynamics.
Visit shortlisted properties, assess conditions, and prepare detailed site reports for management.
Negotiate rental terms, agreements, and partnership models with landlords.
Coordinate with internal teams for site inspections, layouts, CAPEX estimates, and operational feasibility.
Track documentation, follow-ups, and ensure smooth deal closure.
