What you'll own

  1. Close mid-market and enterprise accounts for Employee Benefits (Non-EB experience is welcome but not mandatory)
  2. Run the full sales motion: discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, closure
  3. Sell to CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs, and Finance teams
  4. Partner with placement and servicing to deliver best-in-class outcomes
  5. Feed market signal back to product to keep Nova's offering sharp
