As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company’s sales operations and revenue growth strategy within the UAE Interior Design industry. The role is heavily focused on generating sales, securing high-value interior design projects, building strategic client relationships, and driving consistent business growth across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B, and luxury villa sectors.
You will oversee the full sales process from lead generation and client acquisition through negotiations, contract execution, and project award. The position requires a highly sales-driven and commercially focused professional with extensive experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry, strong negotiation capabilities, proven project acquisition experience, and an established network within the market.
