This role will collaborate with SCB sales management team to plan and drive the APE sales and other sales/quality KPIs of the overall Bancassurance Sales (all RMs and ISs) in order to achieve key financial target of his/her assigned region/branches, and establish good and influencing relationship with Bank’s sales management team (RH, ISTM, BM, RM, IS) to ensure the delivery of sales productivity and balanced product mix.
