Business Development Manager – Fasteners (Industrial Segment)

+ Develop and execute sales strategies for fasteners in the targeted industrial segments.
+ Identify and engage with key OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and large end-users.
+ Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
+ Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, customer service) to fulfil customer requirements.
+ Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
+ Achieve sales targets, manage pricing, and negotiate contracts.
+ Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
