Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive market development for professional audio & video (Pro AV) integration in the assigned region; build and maintain relationships with system integrators, EPC contractors, consultants and end-users.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle for key projects: opportunity identification, client visits, solution presentation, technical & commercial negotiation, and revenue target achievement.
- Develop and manage local channel partners (agents/integrators) to strengthen brand awareness and market share.
- Act as an industry mentor for the local team: transfer Pro AV knowledge, sales methodologies and project experience via joint visits, role-plays and case debriefs.
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities (Crestron/Extron/Barco/AMX etc.); provide market analysis to support product, pricing and channel strategies.
