Business Development Manager (Contract Logistics)

Adecco is partnering with a well-established organisation within the contract logistics and supply chain sector to hire a Business Development Manager to join their business. This role sits within a regional commercial function and focuses primarily on growing and managing existing key accounts, while supporting new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customised logistics solutions for enterprise clients across healthcare, aviation, or defence-related sectors.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus (No commissions)

• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the portfolio (either healthcare, aviation, or defence)
