Role Summary

We are hiring a motivated BDM to create new mid-market partnerships for our contract and direct hire staffing business. This role is for a hunter/farmer hybrid skilled in prospecting, securing initial meetings, navigating the MSA process, and driving account growth.

Work Model and Location

• Hybrid role based in Uptown Charlotte, NC (HQ).
• Expected to be on-site 3 days per week; 2 days per week remote.
• Occasional travel for client meetings and onsite relationship building.

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000-$90,000
• Target on-target earnings (OTE): (bonus plan tied to new MSAs and + uncapped commission based on gross margin)

Key Responsibilities
