Business Development Manager

Synectic Solutions Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager! 

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, the candidate is responsible for managing a portfolio, capture management execution, and building and developing relationships with industry peers and key decision makers. The candidate will have knowledge of the Charleston, SC area and the ability to build upon an already existing network of professional relationships throughout the NIWC LANT community. The candidate must reside in the Charleston, SC area. This position will include a base salary, annual bonus, and industry leading benefits package.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop strategies and tactics for new business consistent with the corporate strategic plan.

+ Develop and manage a pipeline focused on opportunities with NIWC LANT and additional areas as required.
