We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands region for a well-established and growing packaging solutions business. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities while also managing and expanding existing customer accounts.

You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new customers across a range of industrial and manufacturing sectors, while also developing long-term relationships with existing accounts.
