Roles
1. Marketing & Financial Research
– Conduct market research and analysis/feasibility studies in order to identify market requirements for current and future projects.
– Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing financial returns and performance for management investment deals.
– Undertake the business analysis, identify impacts and propose solutions that meet with company’s business needs.
– Prepare financial plans with appraisal study and cash flow calculations.
– Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to managing director.
– Conduct in-depth location assessment and individual target strategic and financial analysis
– Write business proposals.
– Develop and execute marketing/business plans.
– Develop and recommend strategies for residential middle to high end projects and others if applicable.
