Job Description

Our client is an international logistics service provider (freight forwarder). They are now looking for a Sales Manager (Freight) to be responsible for sourcing and the market / trends of freight forwarding.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager (Freight) will directly to the Manager and will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and new corporate clients to achieve assigned sales gross profit target and company strategy.
Building and leading a team of BDM to help drive revenue and motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Explore and develop new business opportunities with potential or existing customers.
Review and analyzes sales performances against sales target to determine effectiveness.
