Business Development Manager (Agency)

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop agents
• To meet the budget allocation and assigned KPI
• Provide technical and administrative support to the agents
• To ensure agents comply with the CBC, 60 days premium and reconciliation of accounts.
• Mediate in problematic claims issues
• To retain business and seek growth in new business
• Supervise and train agency team members
• To perform any other job assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in general insurance marketing and/ or operations
• SPM and/or Degree Holder/DMII/ACII/AMII
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
