The Business Development Leader will work with existing FFB clients and prospect new FFB clients to deepen client relationships by both booking business directly within the Retail Line of Business and by referring, as appropriately, to internal business partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Commercial, and Treasury Management.Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Create organic growth through prospecting within designated geography and across existing clients
Consistent joint calling efforts with other lines of business partners.
Work with appropriate internal constituencies to bring appropriate level of expertise to the client/prospect
