Business Development Lead

Nanaade is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Lead to drive our commercial growth. As the commercial driver for Nanaade, you will be responsible for building employer demand, converting pilot programs into long-term contracts, and ensuring consistent interview volume at scale. With Nanaade's partnership with Micro1 strengthening enterprise readiness, this role is central to achieving the quarterly target of 50,000 interviews.

This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of how employers hire at scale and how AI-enabled interview infrastructure can transform recruitment efficiency and access to talent.
