Key Responsibilities

• Own Upwork bidding end-to-end: job analysis, strategic proposal writing, follow-ups, and closing
• Proactively hunt clients on LinkedIn: outreach, conversations, qualification, and handoff
• Translate client requirements into clear technical scopes (features, timelines, estimates)
• Act as a bridge between clients and the dev team (MERN / web apps)
