Business Development

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven homestay business development to join our growing hospitality business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and securing new homestay property partnerships, building strong relationships with property owners, and achieving monthly sales target. You will present our management solutions, explain revenue potential, and negotiate win-win agreements with owners. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Experience in property, real estate or hospitality sales is an advantage. Candidates should be self-driven, organized and comfortable with fieldwork. Attractive commission structure and performance incentives are provided for high achievers.

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
