• Contribute to internal and external presentations to effectively pitch program ideas.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support content and program development.
• Ensure all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and audience insights.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members and stakeholders.
• Support project documentation and administrative duties as needed.
