Praxsys Associates is seeking a
Business Development & Proposal Associate
to support opportunity identification, proposal development, and bid coordination across donor-funded and consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track RFPs, EOIs, and funding opportunities
• Coordinate end-to-end proposal and RFP submissions
• Draft and edit technical proposal sections
• Liaise with external experts and partner organizations
• Maintain proposal documentation and BD systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
• 2–3 years of experience in business development or proposal management
