Role Overview
Code Genesis is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand our global customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, relationship building, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, sales-focused, and experienced in IT or digital services business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and other platforms
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, job boards, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Manage client communications and follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
