About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad, Melaka. In this role, you’ll support business growth and profitability through effective management of agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios. You will also play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening agency networks, and driving strategic marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the Branch Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to maximize business potential through the Agency channel.
• Manage and grow agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios to improve productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with underwriters on the acceptance of new risks within the approved authority limits set by Head Office.
• Drive Agency Recruitment Programmes to strengthen and expand the agency force.
