Business Development Executive (Leasing)

Responsibilities: Assist Business Development Manager to execute business plans Consolidate data necessary for management reporting and ensure 100% accuracy of information Provide administrative supports to the department Prepare official documents needed for submission to authorities and/or mall management relating to tendering of sites Keep up-to-date market development and competitors' activities Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion update leasing reports and schedules. Conduct site visits or viewings to identify potential areas for expansion. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
