We're Hiring: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
(Tech | Graphics | SEO)
Are you an Upwork bidding pro who knows how to turn proposals into revenue? If closing international clients excites you, this role is for you.
Target: $5,000+ USD per month
Job Type: Permanent | On-site (Shahrah-e-Faisal)
Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM
What You'll Do
Bid daily on Upwork with high-quality, conversion-focused proposals
Communicate confidently with international clients and close deals
Coordinate with the tech/design team for estimates, follow-ups, and project alignment
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 year of proven experience in Upwork bidding (mandatory)
Strong English communication & negotiation skills
Sales-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
Experience in Tech, Graphics, or SEO niches is a big plus
