The Business Development Director will be based in the firm's Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include:
Direct and oversee firmwide business development activities and lead planning and execution for practice groups and strategic initiatives, including identifying priority clients and sectors, pursuit strategies, and tracking performanceLead the annual business development budget process in collaboration with practice group leaders and the BD teamEstablish metrics, KPIs, and analytics to measure ROI and support client development, opportunity tracking, experience management, and data‑driven decision‑makingLead business development integration for lateral partners through targeted client planning, internal connections, and coordinated marketing and BD supportProvide strategic guidance and hands‑on support for pitches, RFPs, and key client meetingsCollaborate with practice group leaders and ...
