About the Role

Nerval Corporation is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Commercial team. This role plays a key part in driving growth within our Multifamily & Commercial segment by managing proposals, follow-ups, generating new business opportunities, and supporting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Schedule meetings and presentations with clients, architects & designers, general contractors, and developers for Business Development leadership
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and quality
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving targets
