Business Development Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Apprentice to join our growing team at Bubble!

This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of business development while working in a fast‑paced, creative agency environment.

As a Business Development Apprentice, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our team to drive growth and develop key skills in communication, strategy, and client engagement—all while completing a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Hybrid (Minimum of 3 days a week at our Retford location)
