Job Description

AmLaw firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Business Development and Marketing Department for a paid eight-week summer internship. This role will provide hands-on experience in data quality management and marketing technology support.

The Business Development and Marketing intern works closely under the supervision of the department’s staff members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Assist with data maintenance in support of mailing lists and marketing technology tool implementation.

  • Review contact lists and utilize LinkedIn, company websites and other publicly available tools to validate and, when necessary, enhance contact records.

  • Standardize formatting and taxonomy of large data sets in Excel.

  • Work within established data quality standards parameters.
