Business Development Analyst

The Business Development Analyst is a front-line commercial role at ROM-ARCH Tower Corporation, positioned at the intersection of commodity trading, financial risk management, and regional business development. The role carries two primary mandates:

• Acting as RATC's official introducer and lead generation engine for its futures instrument marketing partner across the Philippines and Southeast Asia — identifying, qualifying, and supporting the full onboarding journey of prospective hedging clients.
• Driving RATC's own brokerage operations — managing agricultural and soft commodity sales portfolios, coordinating import and export transactions, producing market intelligence reports, and supporting day-to-day trading activities.
