Role Summary
+ Assist front desk with onboarding new clients and ensure customer requests and queries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Support the operational activities of the team.

+ Assist with ad-hoc project management tasks.

+ Attend different market event to source new business opportunities

+ Organize marketing activities, such as digital marketing, e-forums, and events.

+ All employees are expected to understand and comply with any operational requirements relevant to their role
