Job Summary:

The role provides comprehensive sales and administrative support by coordinating sales orders, preparing management reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and managing the end-to-end sales process from order to after-sales service. It also focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting key account development, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets while ensuring timely documentation, service delivery, and payment collection.

Job Description:

  • Provide support and assistance to Sales team.
  • Assist, prepare and compile Exco reports and yearly sales budget & forecast with Sales Personnel for submission to VP/COO.
  • To proceed with sales order and ensure that all documentations are complete before submitting to Product Department:-
    o Customer signed PO/quotation with agreements if needed
    o Configuration and technical spec sheet
