• Compensation: $60,000–$100,000 base salary plus commission.
• Fully onsite in the client’s New Westminster, BC office with regular travel for client meetings and networking activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Facility Managers, General Contractors, and Commercial Clients.
• Generate new business opportunities focused on recurring property maintenance contracts.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for mechanical contracting, commercial tenant improvement, and general contracting services.
• Attend networking events, industry functions, walkthroughs, and client meetings throughout the Lower Mainland.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal project and operations teams.
