Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound growth efforts targeting civil engineering firms across the U. S. This role is focused on researching, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to build a consistent pipeline of high‐quality sales conversations.
You will play a key role in driving new opportunities by executing targeted outreach and setting meetings with decision‐makers.
Responsibilities
Research and identify civil engineering and land development firms in the U. S. Build and manage accurate, high‐quality lead lists Execute outbound outreach via email, Linked In, and phone Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with key decision‐makers (owners, principals) Communicate value propositions clearly using industry‐relevant language Track outreach activity and pipeline performance in CRM tools Continuously optimize messaging and targeting based on resultsFully fluent English (written and spoken)
