To strengthen our data-driven decision making, we are looking for a Business & Customer Data Analyst who will transform data into actionable insights across marketing, sales, and event operations.

The role will help unlock the value of our visitor, exhibitor and marketing data to support audience growth, exhibitor success, and strategic decision making across our event portfolio. This position sits within the Technology, Intelligence & Marketing team and works closely with marketing, sales, and event teams.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports providing insights on event performance, visitor behaviour, marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, exhibitor value, and business performance
