Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a Business Controller. In this role, you are responsible for developing, improving and implementing the entire planning & control cycle and procedures such as forecasting, Capex and accounting guidelines. You translate figures into plans and budgets together with the management and you help decide on financial strategic matters and the financial policy.

You ensure that the organisation has insight into the various planning & control variables and you set the organisation in motion. You have an advisory role in which you ensure improvements, you monitor, you challenge the management, you see and appoint risks and you are always looking for opportunities for the organisation. By doing so, you ensure that the organisation can grow in line with its strategy.
